A robot that trade from 6am to 5pm GMT +1 and enter and close trades with ratio of 2:1

The trades or ea  should only works from 6am to 5pm GMT +1. On the beginning of the ea, the first tick value of price is used to determine a buy or sell. I.e if first tick price is 1.21120, and if the next tick value or next two tick value is greater than the said 1.21120 by 0.00002 or more then enter buy. If it is less than 1.21120 by 0.00002 or more enter a sell. On entering a trade the stop loss should be 3pips and take profits should be 6pips for both buy and sell trade. If the first trade ends with a loss on a lot size of 0.01, the next trade should use lot size 0.02 and if a loss again, the lot size should be 0.03, if a loss again, it should be 0.04 and if a loss again, it should be 0.06 and if a loss again, it should be 0.09. whenever there is a win or won trade, the lot size should begin from 0.01 again.
