Convert very small indicator (40 lines of code) MQL4 to MQL5

The goal  is to convert a very small indicator MQL4 to MQL5.

The logical part has less than 40 lines of code.

The indicator draws arrows up/down following the trend.

In order to make sure that the new MQL5 is identical with the MQL4 indicator, the developer should put both at the same asset and same timeframe. Both indicators should draw the same arrows at the same point.
