Very simple EA required to alert me after large candle

hi,

i'm after a very simple EA. i want to be alerted across all the charts i have open in mt4 when the previous candle is a percentage bigger than the last 10 candles.


i want to be able to change the % size and the amount of candles it looks at.


example:


UK100 index. if i have a 15 min chart open in MT 4 and we have a candle close that is 200% larger than the last 10 candles i receive an alert within mt4. 


i'm sure this has been done so i'm sure it won't take long to put together.
