Convert 3 MQl4 indicators into MQL5 EA for Trading and Optimization Purpose through the MT5 Platform

I need the conversion of 3 MQl4  indicators into MQL5 EA for Trading and Optimization Purpose through the MT5 Platform.

Parameters: indicators

1. Green Arrows for = Binary Profits Advance, 2. Green Arrow from = Beast Signal, 3.Elliot Oscillator = Blue.

Hits: Once 3 signals are shows = Open buy Position.

2. Red Arrows for = Binary Profits Advance, 2. Red Arrow from = Beast Signal, 3.Elliot Oscillator = Red.

Hits: Once 3 signals are shows = Open Sell Position

3. Opposite the next 3 Signal conformation.

4. Scripts: Entry 1 = yes, Entry 2= yes, Entry3 = yes 

5. EA Inputs panel for changing the settings for the EA should be active (settings for the 3 indicators)

6. A signal Bold dots or Arrow Red and Green (Sell and Buy) should show on the charts once a signal confirmation form the 3 indicators are confirmed.

7 .Create a Dashboard Panel for each pairs in for 15min and 1hrs.

8. EA Inputs options for Auto-trade and Manual Trade 

9. Backtest required for 3 years.
