Build a EA that identify price velocity that increase

Make an EA that I can use for back-testing that for the major forex pairs, will identify price velocity (not volatility) increase between 2 period of successive time of w seconds. When price velocity increases AND that the last calculated velocity is above a given value of v pips/second then open a position in that direction with a training stop of z pips and a profit target if z1 pips

adjustable inputs are

x: number of seconds used for calculating the moving average.

w: number of seconds during which the price velocity is calculated

z: numbers of pips of the trailing stop

z1: numbers of pips of target profit

v: level of minimum velocity in pips/second to initiate the trade
