Expert Advisor based on Commodity Channel Index

I'm looking for a developer conversant with MT5 platform to assist in coding of my trading strategy based on Commodity Channel Index (CCI). The Expert Advisor should work on a given timeframe and on multiple pairs. The EA should Open trades and close all trades daily. The details about the trading rules on the strategy will be provided. Period: (EA to automatically pick from the input parameter)Timeframe : (EA to automatically pick from the input parameter)Apply Price (EA to automatically pick from the input parameter) The EA should open trades when the CCI (period defined automatically above) intersects the two levels. Two BUY levels and Two SELL levels. For example. 1 ^stSELL trades at +50 level and 2 ^ndSELL trade at +20 level. All SELL trades the CCI line should cross the two levels from above downwards. For example. 1 ^stBUY trades at -50 level and 2 ^ndBUY trade at -20 level. All BUY trades the CCI line should cross the two levels from below upwards. These levels should be provided for at the INPUT field for the purpose of adjusting now and then. Symbols limit:  (Provide input field where one can select the number of pairs EA can trade, to indicate manually and can be separated by a comma or colon) e.g USDJPY:EURUSD Trade Timings. EA to open trades at the opening of Asian Session daily. The EA should trade continuously daily and should close ALL trades everyday an hour before close of New York Session. NB. Provide an input field for Take Profits (TP), Lot size and Stop Loss (SL). TP and SL values should be in pips, while as the lotsize should be a numerical value.
