A very basic Indicator based on 5 Indicators (Same indicator used 5 times with different settings) to buy and sell

I want to make a very basic indicator this way. I will provide the indicator

1. Indicator 1 Settings
TRUE/FALSE
PERIOD: 7

2. Indicator 2 Settings
TRUE/FALSE
PERIOD: 20

3. Indicator 3 Settings
TRUE/FALSE
PERIOD: 50

4. Indicator 4 Settings
TRUE/FALSE
PERIOD: 100

5. Indicator 5 Settings
TRUE/FALSE
PERIOD: 200

6. Condition to BUY:
if all the indicators 1-5 are set to true, BUY ARROW IN GREEN should be made on the candle when all 5 indicators meet the criteria of BUY 

7. Condition to SELL:
if all the indicators 1-5 are set to true, SELL ARROW IN RED should be made on the candle when all 5 indicators meet the criteria of SELL

8. Notification to MT5 required
9. Notification through Email
10. Notification through SMS
(I can provide the settings for notifications if you do not have the settings)

Please put all the 5 indicators in the EA settings.

11. Take profit option (TRUE/FALSE)
USE donchain channel indicator
the lower part of Donchain will be used as SL
Take Profit will be decided on Reward to Risk
Reward:Risk = 2
So if R:R is selected as 2, this means Donchain lower part is used as SL and Take profit will be double the distance from the entry point from SL

12. Take Profit as Fibonnacci Levels
Tp1: 1.618 level
Tp2: 2.618 level
Tp3: 4.232 level

There will be one more indicator I will give you. You just need to enter that in the Indicator to show. No changes needed in that indicator 

13. Timeframe: Select timeframe option
So in 13 if m5 is selected and on screen h1 is used. The EA will work according to m5 but show results on h1 than
