Want to Create a Stats Tracker Panel that can export the trade stats to EXCEL

Want to Create a Stats Tracker Panel that can export the trade stats to EXCEL. I want either an indicator or an EA or combination of both. I need the indicator or EA to have 2 panels on the chart, the panel on top will have a TP (Take Profit) button, a SC (Scratch) button, and a SL (Stop Loss) button, the SC (Scratch) button should have a true/false option in the settings to turn it on or off, so If it is set to true the SC button will show up in the Panel and if it is set to false it will not show up in the panel. next to the TP, SC, and SL buttons the panel should have time frame buttons and "TAG" buttons.The same with the Time Frame Buttons, there should be a true/false select for the different time frames in the panel to show or not to show each time frame.  The TP, SC, and SL buttons when pressed will each draw lines on the chart that are different colors and are Tagged with what ever tags and time frame you select in the panel. then the second panel will keep track of the current stats based on the lines drawn on the chart. It should automatically update the stat numbers as lines are added and deleted. The second panel should also have a "SAVE" button, a "LOAD"  and a "EXPORT" button, and a "date start" and a "date end". The SAVE button will save all current stats for the pair and save it to the data base. The LOAD button will load the Stats for the selected dates for the tags and time frames selected, and the EXPORT button should export stats to an EXCEL sheet. there should be a button in the 2nd panel also to choose just the current pair or to select ALL pairs to see stats for the current Tags and time frames selected and date ranges selected. also there should be a way to add or delete TAGS somehow, either in the settings or in the panel.
