Ea coder for volatility binary.com

I am looking for someone who can code a EA for the volatility index for binary.com because i from amsterdam we have issue with binary options regulations. So this is all i can trade ... i really would like to discuss what it possible. Like any other person i would like to have the best of the best just kidding. What is important for me are the quality of the signals not the amount i dont care if they are based on 1 minute or 1 hour time frames. Because i already lost quiet a bit i am willing to spend some more. Also i would like to have a backtesting script i have one already but i am not sure if its working correctly it also needs to be compatible with the mt2 connector so it can buy and sell signals on mt2 automaticly.
