EA with low DrawDown and 10-20% profit monthy

Looking for a robot/EA can be applied to any currency pair, metal and stock index. . One trade a day with  daily Drawdown max 3%. Target profit 1-3% a day (10- 20% a month).

 No martingale or grid function. EA will open trade  with candle sl, candle trailing stop, time start and end trade each day. All open trade closed before closing market. Stop loss and take profit should be visible.

Also will not trade High News events.
