EA along with mql4 to be created using existing mql4 indicator(based on price action)

Hi

Does any one can make EA based on price action with readily available conditions

i can give excel sheet the way i wanted to create EA

i have an indicator with blue & red dot

so u need to create EA and mql4(build 610) by using my blue & red dot indicator  and some price conditions (i mentiedoned in excel document & in pngsheet with clear details)

so my rquirement

1. EA along with mql4

2. Also i can generate history of backtesting as i want apart from general it generates

3. it should work(optional) with 3 tp & 3 stop losses & trailing conditions.

i mentioned clearly the brief idea of how i need  & generated EA in my excel

by seeing excel document one can give their thoughs on budget to be deposited for the same.
