Develop an FTMO look alike system

I need a developer that can create an FTMO look alike system, but I want to focus on catering for smaller account and can expand later. This is a system that set a trading challenge and once a trader pass the challenge, they get a funded live account. The system will have many rules which traders must follow. If a trader failed to follow the rules, their account will be disabled.

I am looking for a developer who has any experience or have done a similar project before and will not find this too difficult.

This is the FTMO website https://ftmo.com/en/. However, there are many other companies that fund traders just just like FTMO.
