EA based on moving average and macd

Hello,

I need an EA to execute buy and sell orders based on moving average crossovers and the value of the MACD Histogram.

The EA will operate buy and sell orders based on whether a cross between a fast moving average and a slow moving average has occurred on a specified timeframe

• I will have the option to specify what the fast and slow moving avg period should be
• The periods can cross any of the time frames from M1-1M
• The EA will be operate eiteher buy or sell orders based on the kind of cross that has occured (i.e. buy order if 4H 5 Simple Moving Average is greater than 4H 10 Simple moving average, and open sell order if the 4H 5 SMA is less than the 4H 10). The type of average can vary, i.e. simple, exponential etc
• There will be an additional filter to only open order if MACD histogram positive and or negative depending on whether its buy or sell order
• The EA will allow me to specify specific instructions about the lot size, and the timing of when the trade should be open after the MA Cross has occured 

In addition, the EA will set SL and TP instructions based on the average bar size 

• The EA must be able to be used across all time frames from M1-1M
• The EA will determine what level to close the trade based on the average size of preceding bars
• Bar size is simply the difference between the highest price and the lowest price of a bar
• I want to have the option to set the EA to automatically close trade once it reaches X multiple of the average bar size of preceding bars
• The EA will allow me to chose what this multiple should be
