RSI and Heiken Ashi Expert

Bullish trade rules

When Daily chart rsi is above the 50 line and the RSI on the time frame you are trading (4h,1h,30min,etc) crosses from below the 50 line to above it and the Heiken Ashi candle is bullish we enter the trade. If both RSI are above the 50 line we can still enter trade in the direction of dominant trend by simply waiting for a bear candle to appear and entering the market when a bull candle is printed and closed. Bearish trades are opposite of rules above. These are the line items I need for this EA

MTF variable RSI, hard stop loss, lot size, Heiken Ashi opens trades when candle has printed and closed.this would be mt4
