I need alert for my strategy

I want to create alert (box message and sound) for my strategy using 2 indicators: RSI bar and double woodie CCI.

For the SELL alert to trigger, it should meet 2 following conditions:   

1. Double CCI white line goes down below zero line. I say this because please notice double CCI white line goes down well below the zero line, but double CCI histogram still doesn’t turn red. Because it also has some gray and yellow color before turning red. I don’t care about these colors, I want the sell alert to be triggered in condition when the white line is below zero line.

2. Sell alert will trigger ONLY AT THE FIRST RSI bar closed in red ABOVE the line 50. (Please note that the line 50 is not displayed as default, I added it in. So if you can, please set the line 50 displayed as default it would be great)

For ex: If there are 2 RSI bars turn red in a row, the sell alert should only be triggered at the first red bar.

Similarly, the BUY alert should work in the same conditions, just vice versa.
