Need to add various arrows to an indicator including a specific delay to each arrow

I have a support and resistance indicator I have attached. I need to add arrows to the indicator when it alerts. I will also need an alert everytime the support or resistance breaks with a different arrow or symbol alert (So I can trigger a larger bet in the opposite direction). I will also need a delay option specific to each indicator arrow/symbol so that the indicator/arrow/ does not generate the same signal 3-4 times in a row in a matter of minutes, but it needs to be programmed in a way that allows the other signals not to delay, in case resistance or support is broken.
