Post News Strategy EA Conversion to mql5 and Implementation

Hi, I need to convert the trading robot from mql4 to mql5 language and also add some features in it.
Here, a brief description of the functionalities:

The EA is based on a post news strategy in M5 timeframe.
After 1 candle (5 min) from the selected news, it opens 2 pending stop orders (BUYSTOP + SELLSTOP) at a predefined pips distance from the candle close price (taking care of the spread)

It is foreseen an OCO functionality, which provides to delete the opposite pending order when one of them become active;

I also need to add the following features:

- AUTO download the economic calendar news from forexfactory.com (also the history data for strategy backtesting)

- the EA has to be able to operate with SELECTED NEWS and PAIR CURRENCY (also simultaneously if necessary). (Need to provide an input parameter for each one)

- Provide a break even function and a trailing stop moving forward the TP after the breack even is reached.

- TESTING FUNCTIONALITY for backtest optimizations.

- Print operations and error get from the EA into the dairy.
