Batch file to automate the backtest (and optimization) of multiple EAs across multiple pairs

I have 4 EAs that run on 17 dollar pairs and 8 yen pairs, and when I want to backtest each EA on each symbol, I have to manually load each EA, Symbol, Model, Date Range, and save the report. Takes time. 

I would want it all to be done automatically.

Basically Simon Gniadkowski makes the case that it's all explained in the MT4 Help . . . search for "Configuration at Startup"
He says that one can set the parameters for the EA, save a set file. Then create a txt file which specifies this set file, amongst other things, such as false login & password to keep the terminal offline, the name of the EA, the Symbol, Period, start and end dates and a report name . . . then have a batch file that runs the terminal with this txt file. 

I would want an experienced coder who can put this all together and provide me instructions.

I want the batch (and set files) to be able to: 
1) Run the strategy tester on EA, symbol, model, start and end dates, period and spread
2) Ability to run on multiple designated symbols
3) Ability to optimize the parameters of the EA 
4) Generate a StrategyTester report with a specific name ("EA_lotsizing_date-range_dategenerated") that saves to the files folder
