MQL5 to Pinescript script conversion needed!

I have a simple script written in MQL5 which I would like to be translated into Pinescript (version 4).
It consists of a few simple functions so relatively not a big job and will not take a long time.
However I am flexible for up to a week from starting the job.
The script is attached below.
