Expert advisor for indicator based on bollinger band and Mobile average

Hello I would like to have an indicator built for me. - It must operate by on the periodicity H1, M30, M15, M5, M1 - It must be based on the bollinger bands (20, 2) and the moving average (14.0) to send signals by email and sms

Strategy : The indicator sends a buy signal (email, sms) in two situations: Situation 1: Use of bollinger band - The bearish candle closes below the lower band          AND - A bullish candle directly follows this candle  See ACHAT Image 1 Situation 2: Moving Average Usage - Crossing of a bullish candle with the moving average curve          AND - Closing price of this candle higher than the closing price of the 21st candle preceding it  See ACHAT Image 2

The indicator sends a sell signal (email, sms) in two situations:

Situation 1: Use of bollinger band

- The rising candle closes above the upper strip
         AND
- A bearish candle directly follows this candle

Situation 2: Moving Average Usage

- Crossing of a bearish candle with the moving average curve
         AND
- Closing price of this candle lower than the closing price of the 21st candle preceding it
