Need development 5 pattern Indicator

I want indicator that shows notification pop up plus sound when the following five candle stick patterns appear on the chart; should have the ability to be used for all time frames. Should have the ability to monitor all pair’s currency, commodity e.t.c in the market watch. |It should be tasted based on the cprus based forex brokers: especially XM and Fx Primus.  The indicator will be visible top left corner of the chart: while it monitors, when these patterns form it will show you alarm, plus pop up, as well in the indicator window it will remain buy showing what formed plus currency pair (in minutes of your choosing by default 15min), plus what time frame (It will scan the time frames you choose, this means it should have option)

Pattern 1: Pinbar

Bullish Pin : Bullish pinbar has small body and long lower shadows, the lower shadows should be minimum 2/3 of the entire range of the candle . It even the open and the close can be the same.  For bullish pinbar always the shadow should be down ward and the open and close should be above.

 Bearish Pin:  It will have small body or no body, but it will have long upper shadow, also the upper shadow must make minimum 2/3 of the entire range of the candle.

Pattern 2: Tweezers

Tweezer bottoms:  is bearish candle followed by bullish candle, but the bearish candle and the bullish candle have the same size open and close the same

Tweezer tops: is one bullish candle followed by one bearish candle and it has the same size. Which means open and close of the candle are in the same size?

Pattern 3:  One white solder for bullish and one black crow (bearish)

One white solder: Bullish candle that opens above the close of the previous bearish candle and closes above the open of the previous bearish candle. If it has a shadow; its lower shadow should above the previous bearish candle’s shadow and it upper shadow should above the shadow of the previous bearish candle.

One black crow: Bearish candle that opens below the close of the previous bullish candle and close below the open of the previous bullish candle. If it has a shadow; its upper shadow should below the upper shadow of the previous bullish candle, and it lower shadow, should below the lower shadow of the previous bullish candle.

Patter 4:  Morning star and evening star

Morning star (Bullish): Composed of three candles, the first candle is long bearish candle, followed by gap down to small candle (or indecision or doji candle) and this is the second candle, and then followed by gap up to a bullish candle that closes minimum above half the body of the bearish candle (which is candle 1).

Evening star (Bearish): Composed of three candles; first candle is long bullish candle, followed by gap up  to small candle (or indecision candle) and then followed by bearish candle that closes minimum below half of the body of the bullish candle.

Pattern 5: Bullish and Bearish Engulfing

Bullish engulfing: small bearish candle, followed by large bullish candle with body that engulf the body of the bearish candle.

Bearish engulfing: small bullish candle which is followed by large bearish candle with body that engulfs the body of the bullish candle.

So generally the indicator also should have the default options. plus

Also option for me: so that I can restrict which MT4 accounts can use this indicator, so that only the brokerage accounts which I enter, only the indicator will work for them, but if some one tries to use for another brokerage account, which was not been coded for, it will show error saying" invalid account".
