DLL Communicates with WordPress

I need a developer to code a DLL that will communicate with a WordPress to Authenticate the Licence Key of an Indicator.

The WordPress plugin automatically generates the Licence keys for Client after Checkout.

The function of the DLL is to confirm if the Licence Keys have Expired or not.

The DLL will Stop the Indicator from functioning and display a message box describing the error with an Option to Click "OK" from the Chart if the server side returns a False result as a result of the Licence being Expired or The Licence being activated on multiple devices.

In the case of the Licence being Expired the DLL will return a message that reads: "LICENSE EXPIRED, PLEASE CONTACT: ExampleMessage@suport.com.

On the case of the License being activated on Multiple devices the DLL will return: INVALID LICENSE, PLEASE CONTACT ExampleMessage@suport.com.

The developer will provide a sample code which can be used to integrate the DLL to any Indicator, the sample code should be simple for a non-coder to implement following an instruction from the developer and should include an option to edit the Support email address that will be included in the Error message returned by the EA and The License Creation and License Verification secret keys that are used by the plugin API for communication should also be Editable withing the Code. 

Example: if the EA returns an Error message that reads: "LICENSE EXPIRED, PLEASE CONTACT: ExampleMessage@suport.com" The contact which is "ExampleMessage@suport.com" should be editable in the Sample Mql4 code that will be used for the integration of the DLL to the Indicator.

The developer will provide the source code of the DLL.
