Convert Indicator to EA based on Indicator Signals MQL4

I would like someone to assist me with taking my indicator that I have and and convert the Indicator to an EA.

EA must also have  TP level 1,2,3 and trailing SL pips must be adjustable via the EA options tab.

This is very basic, and that is all that I am looking for.
