Volume & range indicator

Hello programmers,

i am looking for an indicator that would make my decision taking easier.

It's pretty basic programming : price (and range) and volume, the bars gets painted according to specific conditions of thoses two metrics.

Check the conditions below and let me know :

SPECIFICATIONS :

- readable and quoted code

- works on every pairs, index, crypto, ect...

- alerts (pop up, sound, email and push)

PARAMETERS:

Average Volume Period = 21

ATR Period = 21

1/ Up & Dn, Midclose & low volume, churn

Volume Coef = 0.8

Range Coef = 0.8

&& or || = AND. ---- explanation : atr1>=(average_atr*Coef) || volume1>=(average_volume*Coef) OR atr1>=(average_atr*Coef) && volume1>=(average_volume*Coef)

2/ Climax

Volume Coef = 1.6

Range Coef = 1.6

&& or || = AND. 

3/ Alerts (YES/NO)

up bars

VARIABLES:

High volume = Volume >= ( average_volume * volume coef )

High range = Range >= ( average_range * range coef )

Low volume = Volume < ( average_volume * volume coef )

Low range = Range < ( average_range * range coef )

Up bar = close un upper 1/3 of the bar

Mid bar = Mid close

Dn Bar = close un lower 1/3 of the bar

FORMULAS:

1 - up bars = Up bar + (High volume || High range)

2 - dn bars = Dn bar + (High volume || High range)

3 - mid close bars = Mid bar + (High volume || High range)

4 - low volume bars = Low volume && Low range

5 - climax up = Up bar + (High volume || High range)   //  (same as up and dn bars but the volume and range Coef aren’t the same)

6 - climax dn = Dn bar + (High volume || High range)   //  (same as up and dn bars but the volume and range Coef aren’t the same)

7 - churn = High volume && Low range

8 - churn 2 = Low volume && High range 

The screenshots joints are just example i made myself or not, but i need it to be professionnaly coded now.
