Need a EA for Metatrader 4 using EMA, MA and candles

Need a simple EA that draws arrow above/below a candle when three parameters are aligned. Parameters are based in exponencial moving average, simple moving average and low/high closing point and high/low point of candles.

Push alert, pop alert and sound alert is opcional - if agreed will pay the top price range.
