Eu ja tenho a logico do indicador , so preciso de algumas pequenas mudanças nele e que funcione no Mt2Trading 

a preferencia é que o indicador seja feito no MQL4 , mas se o desenvolvedor ja tiver experiencia no Mt2 com indicadores feitos em MQL5 nao tem problema.
