Strategy Automation - Binary Option

I bought the Spider indicator and would like to automate the strategy by making inputs only when both indicators signal input.

I want EA to integrate with iqOption and open expiring orders for 1 minute.
Another thing, EA should only open if the payout is greater than 70%.
I don't know if EA can integrate with MT2Traging.
