Simple EA with typical general parameters and 1 indicator

I have an indicator in non-editable code and would like to make an EA with that indicator.
The EA must have the typical parameters:
- magic
- SL
- Number of candles to place SL
- TP
- trailling stop
- Slipage
- Spread max
