Market depth script for MT4

I would like to order a market depth script for MT4. It should show at least 5 levels of bid and ask prices. You can find example in the attachment. Quick trade pannel is not necessary.

The content is formatted in JSON format. Fields and values are texts or numbers. Strings are enclosed in double quotes.
