Simple EA based off one moving average

I would like an EA that trades long and short positions based off of a 9/1 fast/slow moving average. When the 1 MA crosses up on the 9, I would like the EA to go long .50 lots with no stop loss. When the price crosses back down over the 9 MA, I would like the long entry closed and simultaneously a short entry opened.

This EA would run on a Heiken Ashi chart and I would like the entry to take place after 1 confirmation candle after the cross.

Only one trade would be opened at a time. I would like to change the lot size but everything else would be static.
