Add partial "grid" opening in an EA with version MT4 and Mt5

Improvement and minor modifications in an EA with version MT4 and MT5.
I have an EA with the version in mt4 and mt5 and would like to add the grid function "partial opening in the trend.
  It will work in the same existing partial closure logic, all parameters will be the same, the difference that it will open partial orders
To be clearer, for the update to be performed will be the same parameters of the partial closure, only that opening orders and that can name in the settings as "partial opening"
