Telegram signals to MT4 with Hedging strategy

Hi,

I receive signals when I am sleeping. I want to execute them to MT4.

Trade Execution process:
I want three positions for one signal
Singal is like this
Sell USDCAD @ 1.31890
Take profit 1 at 1.31690 
Take profit 2 at 1.31390
Take profit 3 at 1.30890
Stop loss at 1.32390

Each position is for each Take Profit at 0.01 lot as of now.

Below is trade execution
When you open position place take profit to level of target 3 and place stop loss.
When the price goes in your direction move the stop loss to the entry price. 
Once the price is close to target 2 move the stop loss to level of target 1.
Once the price is close to target 2move the stop loss to level of target 1. 
Once the price is close to target 3 move the stop loss to level of target 2.
In the best case your position will close when hit take profit 3.

Now in these signals, some of them fails. So I want to have hedging strategy behind it
which is called Sure Fire Strategy

I already have an EA with moving average and sure fire strategy for your reference. (you can ask me on message, I can give the code)

I want everything to be like 'fill in the blanks' like Lot size, hedging strategy (in how many pips the trade should execute) pips, lots. Want Link of my channel to be in fill in the blank. Make it as much as user friendly and editable. Also, I want it with code.
