How to determine the level of 100% when building Fibo?

I am a newbie, so please excuse me if my questions sound stupid:

1. Does the indicator come with a manual?

2. what is the SRCC in panel that results in changing the graph, and what does the number below SRCC doing to such graph when changed?

3. You have a similar free indicator that looks like it allows to mix MA and an additional indicator for the calculation that will result in the plots of the currencies, is that so? if yes, is that possible with this indicator? can EMA instead of SMA be used if desired?

4. As mentioned in earlier post, other indicators have fibo levels to which currencies seem to respond, will this be implemented in future updates? Perhaps 100% fib could be daily/weekly ATR, ADR or similar?

5. is it possible to also have alarm for cross of the selected currencies ?

Hi. 

At the moment there is only a description and screenshots in the market. A detailed manual is being designed.

SRCC - Spearman rank correlation coefficient. The number is a period. Applicable to currency pairs. If the ratio is to seek to -1, it means that currencies move in different directions, which indirectly indicates the presence of a trend.

Free indicator has been removed from the market, but I'll try to get it back. This indicator can be mixed in a single window, but it is necessary to fix a minimum and a maximum. EMA this indicator is not available.

I think over this suggestion and maybe implement it.

Alarm of crossing is ready in the new version, which is now on the verification of the moderators.

Yes, any numbers on the panel is the number of candles of the current TF for the calculations. These periods can quickly change buttons to reduce/increase. Each button has a tooltip. To understand will not be difficult.

Free indicator I removed from the market due to difficulties with its support. Now I rebuilt it. But this is an old version. Soon to be updated, but will use other limitations: the indicator does not handle the last candle, i.e. with a delay.

1. Will be possible to choose alarm for cross of specific indexes, or the alarm will be for an index crossing any of the others?

2. Will updates/new versions  for this indicator  always be available for free to customers?

1. On the panel it is possible to leave only the necessary indexes. It's easy - click on the currency name, and it will be hidden. Thus the alarms will come from the curves that we see.
2. All updates are free to customers - rule this market.

Including changing from MT4 to MT5?

Dear customer.

Please note that the new version changed the default periods.

The General period before was 12, and now 36. Now there is one Optional period by the value of 6.

MACD default before was (26,12), now (36,6). Stochastic default before was (12,6), now (36,6).

Remember that the optimal periods depend on your trading style and TF.

You can quickly find the best periods on the control panel.

In addition Notification mode now is the value of Silence.

I decided to buy the indicator, which looks nice, but have two questions:

1. Regarding SRCC, trends should start when value goes towards -1 or when value is close to -1? since SRCC values change a lot depending on its period, and on indicator and indicator's period being used, do you have any recommended settings for accurate/early trend signal?

2. In inputs, there are 2 colors per currency looks like. I tried to change color of symbol in indication panel and plot by changing one or both of the colors in inputs, but i can only manage to change the color of the lines in the graph. The color of the symbols displayed in the indication panel remain the same. Am i doing something wrong?

Hi

1. SRCC is a secondary tool which should be used with understanding of its work. He can't predict the trend or price reversal. It can only suggest the best tools for trading. For example we see that the trending pair GBPJPY and EURCHF quiet flat.

Of course this is obvious but typical example. On the other hand, it shows that even if the currencies move in the same direction, it does not exclude the presence of a trend in the currency pair.

The optimal parameters depend on the TF. Of course, if the period is less, and the trend is to determine early. For example now USDCHF shows a strong breakout of the resistance level.

2. I know about this problem. Because of the features and limitations of MQL4 is not an easy way to determine the color that the user selected. Only if I transfer data about colors in General settings.
But I had to reduce the number of parameters, and to select the optimal colors, which are well visible on dark and light backgrounds.

1. I forgot to mention that in your screenshots the horizontal alarm levels show the description "Alarm Turned on" or "Alarm turned off", and the vertical line shows date and time. My alarm levels and vertical line do not show any text, so how can i add the text?

2. Other free currency strength meters can change colors of currency text, so it would be great if this could be implemented in a future update even if this has to be through general settings.

1. You can add this text, changing the settings of the chart: F8->Common->Show the object description. Then you can save these settings for all new charts by default: Charts->Template->Save Template->specify a file name "Default".
2. I agree with you and in future updates I will return the color settings in the Inputs tab.
