IMPOSTARE CORRETTAMENTE PRIMA DI TESTARE

È importante che l'Expert Advisor funzioni nel fuso orario corretto, pertanto prima di effettuare il test è necessario impostare correttamente il parametro GMT.

Come impostare correttamente il parametro GMT?

L'impostazione deve essere effettuata nel momento in cui il mercato è aperto e i tick vengono ricevuti nel terminale di trading.
Aprite Google e cercate "Current GMT time", dopodiché aprite il primo sito web che appare e annotate l'ora (ad esempio, sono le 10:53).
Aprite il terminale di trading in cui farete il test e utilizzerete l'Expert Advisor. Aprite la finestra Market watch e nella parte superiore di questa finestra vedrete l'ora del server di trading del vostro broker (diciamo che sono le 12:53).
Sottraete l'ora di Greenwich (GMT) dall'ora del broker e otterrete il parametro da impostare nell'Expert Advisor (esempio: 12-10=2, impostate +2 nell'Expert Advisor).

La base del Molecule AI Expert Advisor.

Ho basato il mio algoritmo su due modelli di rete neurale: il Percettrone Multistrato (Multilayer Perceptron - MLP) e la Memoria Lunga a Breve Termine (Long Short-Term Memory - LSTM). Ognuno di questi modelli ha vantaggi e svantaggi, ma lavorando insieme compensano le rispettive debolezze. Il modello del Percettrone Multistrato ha uno svantaggio significativo: le dimensioni ridotte della memoria. È questo il problema che risolve il modello della Memoria Lunga a Breve Termine. Essa memorizza i dati per un uso successivo, aiutando la rete neurale ad analizzare grandi quantità di informazioni fornite all'ingresso della rete neurale ed a mantenere una struttura complessa di connessioni tra questi dati.

Un passo importante nello sviluppo di una rete neurale con le quotazioni di mercato è la normalizzazione dei dati. Le quotazioni di mercato dirette sono molto volatili e non possono essere utilizzate come dati di input per la rete neurale; per questo motivo Molecule AI Expert Advisor utilizza degli indicatori come dati di input. Gli indicatori utilizzano valori mediati per ridurre il rumore del mercato. Per fornire l'input alla rete neurale si utilizzano due indicatori: l'indicatore di tendenza Moving Average e l'oscillatore Stochastic. Secondo le regole di creazione di un sistema di trading redditizio, la strategia dovrebbe basarsi su diversi tipi di indicatori.

In origine, quando ho creato il Molecule AI Expert Advisor, cercavo i punti del mercato in cui la probabilità di inversione di almeno qualche pip era del 90%, per entrare nel mercato e ottenere un piccolo profitto con un breve trailing stop. Per questo motivo, Molecule AI è essenzialmente uno scalper. Di conseguenza, la rete neurale è stata aggiustata in modo tale che il segnale di uscita venga generato esattamente in queste condizioni.

In tal modo, il modello è stato ottimizzato sui dati storici e sono state create relazioni stabili tra i parametri. Ecco perché l'Expert Advisor non richiede un pre-allenamento della rete neurale e può funzionare immediatamente dopo l'installazione su un grafico, continuando ad allenare la rete con nuovi dati storici.
