koef_lot - multiplication factor for lots

example:

1. 

koef_lot = 2
start Lot = 0.1

next  0.1 * 2 = 0.2

next 0.2 * 2 = 0.4

next 0.4 * 2 = 0.8

.....

2. 

koef_lot = 0  next lot = 0.1*0 = 0 (ZERO !!!) .....

3. 

koef_lot = 1.4 next lot = 0.1 * 1.4 = 0.14 .....

4.

koef_lot = 0.6 next lot = 0.1 * 0.6 = 0.06 ......
