i face one issue while using the copier ,.
for example ,
If master already open a position before applying the copier ,
so once we apply the copier the previous trades too copy once the new position is open ,that is incorrect , only new position should copy ,
even there is feature for this into copier , but it is not working

But in my case ,
i said
if master have open couple of position before connect via copier , those position had copy after i connect the copier with slave l
so there is no manual closing

I noticed that I need to open the same chart on both platforms to get the right orders copied. Just now the Master chart was on the XAUUSD and the slave was attached to the GBPUSD. When the master acc bought XAUUSD the slave would buy a GBPUSD order. My question is this:
I want to trade on multiple pairs on the Master - can I just attached the EA to just one single chart at the slave account in order to receive the multiple pairs orders?
Can the above be implemented? For example, I open 5 charts on the Master on EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, USDJPY, USDCAD and I opened an order on each of the 5 pairs - can the slave account with only one chart opened receive all the 5 different orders on the 5 different pairs? Can this be done? I mean, can the slave account just receive whatever pairs orders from the Master??? Without having the need to open all of the charts on the slave account?

Можно ли это сделать? Я имею в виду, может ли ведомый аккаунт просто получать любые парные заказы от Мастера??? Без необходимости открывать все графики на подчиненном счете?

You have a mistake somewhere, it should not work this way. The copying bot is only put on 1 chart, but works on all of them. Check your own, maybe you have done it wrong and put it on every chart - this should not be done.
If you need different copy schemes, the bot should be set to several charts and the file name should be changed in the parameters

I attached a screen shot here showing the settings of both the Provider (MT5) and Receiver (MT4).
Multiple Charts were opened on the Provider (MT5) and only one single chart (EURUSD) was opened on the Receiver (MT4).
As can be seen, numerous EURUSD orders were erroneously opened and none of the other orders were copied over.
As explained earlier, this is the first time that I am using a copier.
Please look at the settings on both of them and point out to me where have I gone wrong.

I attached a screen shot here showing the settings of both the Provider (MT5) and Receiver (MT4).
Multiple Charts were opened on the Provider (MT5) and only one single chart (EURUSD) was opened on the Receiver (MT4).
As can be seen, numerous EURUSD orders were erroneously opened and none of the other orders were copied over.
As explained earlier, this is the first time that I am using a copier.
Please look at the settings on both of them and point out to me where have I gone wrong.

1. show me a screenshot of the log from the terminal of the slave account, I am interested in whether there are errors with a red triangle
2. first test the robot on a separate account and make sure it works, then install it on an account with robots
3. set a fixed lot in the parameters, since your accounts differ by 10 times
4. your robot is only on 1 pair, right? the robot is only on 1 trade symbol no matter how many symbols trades are opened, the copier should stand only on 1 pair in the master and slave accounts.
