Please disregard the post.  I removed the whole data and re-installed a fresh Meta Trader 4.  But it cost me another license .  Could you modify my license remaining.  It should be 8 out 10 please.

Great you solved the problem :)

I wish I have had access to modify your licenses, but it is not under my control. You can open a ticket at Service Desk and ask MQL5 people to do it for you.
