Please make sure you are logged in into your MT4 using the MQL5 credentials. If you are logged in and search for the indicator in the market section, it will show a download option because you already purchased it. When you are not logged in, it cannot map your purchases to your MT4—that's why it's asking you to purchase again. Please make sure you're logged in and everything will work smoothly.
