I already purchased. but why I cannot install or download. when click "Install on the terminal" go to pay again?

When I click on Install, a message appears saying:
“This site is trying to open MetaTrader 5 Client Terminal.”
However, after this message, nothing happens and the installation does not proceed. The expert advisor is not installed in MetaTrader 5.
I have tried several times, but the issue persists.
Could you please help me resolve this?

The magic number for my orders is 10011024, but the version 2.1 only allows up to 3 digits like 123, 321 etc. So Magic Grid MT5 version 2.1 gives an error and not working. I cannot change the magic number for the existing orders. If I place pending orders with a 3-digit-only magic number, there will be pending orders that have the same price as my executed orders. Instead, I would like to have the version 1.90 Please help me downgrade to this version.

The update description stated that it was only suitable for new grids!
Unfortunately, sellers don't have the technical capability to distribute different versions of their advisors to different buyers. The current version uses a much more robust control algorithm than the previous one.
I recommend a gradual transition from the old grid to the new one. That is, delete all pending orders from the old grid and start using the new grid. Close market positions from the old grid gradually, either manually or using a manual take profit or stop loss.
