Make sure if you backtest this EA, set spread filter lower than your backtest spread, if spread filter is higher than backtest spread, backtest will no making any order.

Hi, I'd like to know if I could use this EA to run equal and opposite trades on the same instrument.  I am intending to just benefit from the brokers rebates.  Please let me know if this strategy will work using your EA. Also could you advise of any unusual risks?  Thanks

Hi, you mean in one pair or two pair ?, 
For generates broker rebates, it could be use my another EA HLH4 breakout, check it out,

But surefire EA can be set only in two pairs in opposite direction in one platform
