I just bought the indicator. When does the signal arrow appear? At the beginning or closing of the signal bar? It seems not to work on the strategy test so I can't evaluate it properly. It seems not to work on the live chart either. 

Signal arrow appears several bars passed after I switch time frames. Could you get me a refund, please?
