You don't need to change anything. These are additional sets. They have different settings. Alternatively, you can add these sets and spread the risk across the currency pair between the two sets. You don't have to add. You can change it if you like the test of this set better. At first I always add, then, for example, after 3 or four months I compare the result in real life and leave the best one.
How to do lots size increase? Only lots change?

How does the GMT +3 work with the daylights savings time true or false? Does it subtract an hour so if DST is true then the gmt offset is really +2?

Ok thanks I understand now. I use 3 different brokers and one of them is GMT +1 so I adjusted that one. I noticed the USDCAD V2 setfile has the wrong GMT. It's set for 11 so everyone should check that and correct it.

In the latest version of the advisor and the version of the sets, the GMT value is not set by default. Each trader has different brokers and these brokers have different GMT. Therefore, please, when setting up the sets, be sure to adjust the GMT value! It is very important!
