Hi,
As the screenshot you sent, you copied the .ex4 from another computer, this is prohibited. You must download the EA directly from each computer you want to use it.
Go to MT4's main menu -> Tools -> Options -> Community -> Login to your MQL5 account. Back to Terminal window -> Market tab -> Purchased sub tab -> You will see the copier that you purchased there -> Download/Install.

That means your account is blocked from trading, or that symbol is not available to trade. Please check it with your broker.

Ok I think I know why..
The prefix is usdcad.fix on the broker is it possible you can include this in your next update? Your panel is essential for my daily trading :)

Regardless of pair's prefix/suffix, the panel always open trades with pair of current chart. How can this happen? Can you describe it more clearly?

Hi,
What is big do you mean? The interface or the file size?
You should use it in a single chart window, don't use it in title windows mode of MT4 because each window is too small to contain the interface of the EA. However, you can minimize the EA by clicking to (-) button at its header.

Purchased a few months ago and very happy overall - thank you very much for creating this.
A question;
Although I can trade all the main fx pairs with this I'd also like to use for CFD trading via MT4 (e.g. US500, AUS200, CORN etc.) but it locks up MT4 when I try to and I can't read the error message - can you please clarify if there's a way to use this for more instruments? I'm using 2 different brokers and can provide details if helpful.
