- This indicator work best with higher timeframe. But OK, I will think about adding lower timeframe later.

- You can load pre-defined template by MT4's feature. The EA only open the selected chart.

- You can use "restore down" button at the upper-right corner of each chart or Main menu -> Window -> Tile windows to detach the windows.

I didn't mean lower TF for this indicator though.

What I meant is when opening the chart, the user has the option to select the time frame.

The idea is to have convenience to open straight-away the chart with certain TF with pre-defined template :-)

The EA will always open the new chart with same timeframe with the chart that it attached. Then, you can change the timeframe of new chart by yourself using MT4 feature, it must be much more faster :).

Yes, I know it. However, I need 4 mouse clicks in order to get the chart with predefined template.

In terms of user usability, I like just to have just one-click :-)

I found a MT4 script on the Internet which does the job.

I would like to report a small issue which I am currently facing.

Basically, I have setup the currency power dashboard as per my need. Please see screenshot #1.

The chart property is configured as per screenshot #2.

This dashbboard is saved as Profile #0-CURRENCY POWER METER.

Then, when I switch to another profile and switching back to this profile, it shows blacks charts. Please see screenshot #3.

Could you please help?

Hi Vinh,

How can you use just one click if you want to get the chart with pre-defined template? After chosing the chart's symbol, you still need to enter the template name, it maybe takes more time than you can do it by regular MT4's feature. Another thing is for users who don't need, it takes more actions for them.

And in additional, the script you attached uses DLL to open template, while MQL5 market does not allow using DLL in the products.

But if you really need this feature and it's critical to you, I can make a custom version for you. Just check your PM.

Could you provide more details how the MN Power Meter is calculated?

Today is the beginning of 2015 and the MN power meter doesn't show meaningful information though.

How far back are you considering the historical data for monthly calculation?

Would you be able to implement an input setting for the question to open a chart when clicking on the currency to "true" or "false"?

In terms of user usability, it is not required to ask this question every time as the user wanted to open the chart anyway.

Today is the beginning of the new monthly candlestick, so it would not go so far compared to its previous period. Therefore, the power index would be at low value, it will diverge when the price change day by day.

Would you be able to provide more details re. other TF settings, i.e. H4, D1 and W1?

In my opinion, it should not just based on the relation to the beginning of a TF but ideally based on configurable number of historical candlesticks associated to that TF, especially for MTF analysis.

Nevertheless, it is a suggestion as I don't know the algorithm how the power indexes are calculated.

Please review and consider whether it makes sense.

Hi,

The index indicates the price change compared to its previous candlestick in selected TF.

Actually, the indicator allows you to select multiple TFs already. If you want to analyze 4 H1 candlesticks, just select H4, and so on with H4, D1, W1, MN.

Is it based on M1, M5, M15 or H1 values?
