Да, только настройки нужно подобрать для каждой пары свои.

Я выбрал оптимальные, на мой взгляд, для EURUSD.

I use Ilan on EURUSD M5, you could find good parameters for other pair and TF's and use EA on them.

Только что проверил сам - советник замечательно оптимизируется на агентах клауд-сети.

Возможно, были временные проблемы с сетью. Попробуйте еще раз.
