Note:

In order to contact MQL5 support you do as follow:

 - Go to Service Desk and open New Request
 - Choose Payment Issue
 - Tell them that you bought my product and the author is banned so you want them to refund the money
 - Also send them the proof image that you purchase the product

The EA is not working and the seller is blocked by MQL5. The seller won't help, mql5 should give everyone a refund!
