You can try the default settings , or some more conservative settings , like :

The EA put sell stops too far from the position like this:
And the same happened to EURUSD and USDJPY. Should it be like that or I'm missing something to set up?

Yes , it is normal with those set files . You can use the default set by pressing the Reset button in the EA settings . SellOffset and BuyOffset parameters establish the distance from highest or lowest trade levels .
Do I need change magic number for every pairs or keep it as default??
If pairs are different you can use the same magic .

Can you elaborate a little bit more about the Reverse Strategy for my understanding? When or in what condition is it better to use that option? Just a little bit confused.

Oh, another question. Is it still okay to use this EA on lower TF like M30 or M15?

Reverse Strategy places buylimit order instead of sellstop and selllimit instead of buystop , it is better to use on range market (buy low , sell high) .Using it on lower timeframes increases risk and losses(due to spread or commission).
