If you have set the parameter 'Use point ranking' to True then the number to the right of the last visible time frame must be at least the value you have set in the 'Min point value for alert'.

If you on the other hand have set 'Use point ranking' to False then there must be a divergence on all visible time frames before an alert it sent. You can control this though by setting the parameter 'Alert on xx TF:s..' to another value than 0.

This is all  explained more in detail in the product description.

Hi and thanks for your message. On your settings I can see that you have set 'Custom sound alert' to true. As written this will only make a sound. This is a limitation in Metatrader when using a custom sound file. Setting this parameter to false will show the alert on the screen.

You were also mentioning that you would like to see the time of the alert. The pop-up (on-screen) alert will show the date and the time of the alert.

How do I see that it is a hidden divergence in the dashboard ?

I presume that it is only bullish and bearish divergence in your description.

Hi Magnus,

at the moment you will not be able to see if it is a regular or hidden divergence. As mentioned in the product description blog this is a planned changed. I would then be shown like this: MACD(h)/RSI(r), where h stands for hidden and r for regular.

Hi,

did you create your own chart template (.tpl) with my free divergence indicator on it? If not then please if you can create one and drag the indicator to that chart. If you are using double divergence (2 oscillators) then you need to drag the indicator twice to that chart. When you have done that you need to save the chart with a name of your choice. The next step is then to put the name of the chart in the 'Template name' parameter. That will do the trick. If not then I will be happy to assist further.

thank you for this indicator. Love the idea. Unfortunately the indicator does not work for me. I am a very experienced trader and mql5 and mt4 user and i NEVER had any problems with your products before. I tried on my home computer AND on my VPS on a 5 min chart with no other "stuff" on it. All what happens is that the computer or VPS starts to use a ton of CPU and then... NOTHING. Except that the platform freezes... :(

What could be the reason for this?? Thank you. Hope you can help.

Could it be so that you have the parameter 'Use symbols from Market Watch' set to True? In that case you should consider not showing more than 40 symbols, as also recommended in the product description. Please also let me know which value you are using for the divergence depth.

Hi, i have attached my set file. Nothing special i think. Default settings. I have just changed to MACD divergence and RSI divergence and changed color. But whatever. I have attached my set file to this message.
