Why does it keep repainting when candle did not close yet?

This is not repainting.

Rapainting is called for the indicators (like Parabolic SAR) that calculate some thing and put an arrow to indicate it in chart and after one or two candle, indicator find out that previous calculation was wrong and remove the draw arrow of previous candle.

This indicator is like a live dynamic support resistance level calculator and as far as current candle make new "higher high" or "lower low" it will update levels because of market dynamic. As long as market changes dynamically, this indicator react dynamically.

Is there an option to show me update on candle close only?

It is not repainting.

Repainting means: updating the value of indicator for past candles or bars; this never happen for this indicator

but, for current candle this indicator have to update the level when new higher high or new lower low has been generated. This indicator works based on Average True Range and Average Daily Range. And Range means different of High and Low of candle, bar or market. New high or new low change the Range. 

This is strong point of this indicator. It has dynamic response and help you to update the SLs and TPs. Other type of Support/Resistance indicators works blind and are based on yesterday price and does not consider today range and current market volatility.

It always have 84% in support and Resistence it doesnt Update as you tell us. The 84%breakout Always appears in both in RESISTENCE and SUPPORT always 84%. I have using this indicator more than 3 months and it doesn Update.

NO IT ALWAYS REPAINTS 84% IN SUPPORTS AND RESISTENCES BE CAREFULL OF USE THIS INDICATOR. ITS LIKE REPAINTING INDICATOR.

After 1 HOUR check it Still showing 84% Resistence Breakout and 84% Support Breakout. ALWAYS 84% in BOTH.

After 3 Hour IT STILL SHOWING 84% in Breakout for BOTH SUPPORT AND RESISTENCE!!! IT cant to be REALLY! its a joke isnt???

Thank you for complement in my indicator.

There is always a support and resistance with 84% chance to break out. If break out happen, then the 84% level will not be valid more. BUT for TOMORROW there should be another 84% level.

YES every day has its own level. So you will see a new 84% level each days.

Do you know why every body lose when they trade based on static and fixed levels of support and resistance?  Because fixed levels are valid for a short period of time of a day and they will be invalid for rest of the day.

It seems you are judging only based on GOLD! Loot at my chart when the 84% resistant level is broken and is not there more. And 50% level is working next.
