Does this indicator send alerts for EMA Crossovers? (Ex. the 9 and the 50 crossing?)

Is it normal for this indicator not to show any visuals on the charts and only alerts? When I drag the indicator to the chart there are no MA's showing on the chart. Please help.
hi,
Yes, that is normal as this is a Scanner and monitors all symbols in the market. Hence, it can't plot anything on the chart as the chart is only showing one symbol.
The signals are shown in the dashboard visible on the chart, and if you click on a signal in this dashboard, it will open a new chart with the applicable symbol and timeframe. If you create a chart template within MT4 and specify the template name in the settings of the indicator, then this template will be applied to the new chart that will be opened if you click on the alert in the dashboard.

hello, thanks for early response but i still find it difficult to get what i need on the chart which is when to enter trade and when to exit trade.However if i can get a screen shot on it is okay.

Hi, no, only if two MAs touch each other.

I pretty sure I have the settings correct but the alerts seem to be delayed, occurring a few candles later after the cross.

thanks for creating this great scanner - it works fine. Is it possible by the settings that the scanner only scans one MA ? If not could it be possible for you to add this?

Yes, I mean when the price crosses the MA ( close ) - I want to use this in higher timeframes as W1 ( for example MA 48) and MN - the scanner seems to be/ is perfect for this ;-)

Sure, this is not a problem to add. However, that will take a month or so as I’m on holiday now. Will put it on the list for the next version of the scanner.

Option added to specify what template should be used for the charts that are opened by clicking on an alert in the Dashboard is not working for me
All,
New version is uploaded. In the new version you will be able to apply a Chart Template for MA Touch Alerts. (Bug Fix)
You are now also able to specify the MA Touch Alert Line Color and Line Style.
